Faulty products:
We guarantee all products purchased on our website are free from defects and damage, including damage sustained during shipment. Thankfully this is extremely rare. Often a record that doesn’t track or play well can be due to turntable setup issue, and we’re happy to take the time to assist with troubleshooting over the phone or via email. We have a hi-fi repair technician in our ranks that has seen every issue under the sun. Ultimately if the record is faulty we’ll organise a replacement in a jiffy at our expense.
Missing orders:
We post all orders with Australia Post. Having shipped 10’s of thousands of orders, we’re happy to report that the chance of a parcel going missing is extremely low. All orders include tracking so you can keep an eye on it’s journey. If an order does get lost, we’ll send out a replacement at our expense.
Returns:
Purchased a record that you already own? We’ve all done it. Returns are accepted on un-played records in saleable condition and are accepted for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Get in touch to organise a return or for more details on this process.
